PickleDilly's is a scratch kitchen and bar tucked inside Apex Pickleball Club in Cedar Park — but don't let the address fool you. This isn't club food. Executive Chef Ron Matty runs the kitchen the way it should be run: fresh ingredients, real technique, nothing out of a bag. Stocks simmered down from bones. Sauces built from scratch every morning. Bread, dressings, marinades — all made in-house, every day. The menu reads simple. The execution is anything but. We pour smart cocktails, pull craft beer, and keep a wine list that actually pairs with what's on the plate. Whether you're rolling in post-match in court shoes or pulling up a chair for date night, you're getting the same thing: food made by people who care, served in a room built for staying a while.
